How it all began
Introduction
My PM will assume a true success story that is a close friend shared with him to me not so long ago, on a building project, which he rowed ashore. It is based on a story about how the individual from not having anything, either money or manpower, got all the people on the road to his dream of becoming involved. It ended with that, although ambassadors from different edges on the world map commitment to this development, and besides that, he was also unexpected awards for its commitment from various organizations. The dream that became a target

The creation of commitment
In this story, I have now tried to look for a synthesis, some kind of intrinsic values, which I want to Skanska miljonprogram to be inspired by. The engagement of the residents is, in other words, a by-product that arise after having received inspiration. Can Skanska find a way to focus primarily on putting an inspiring atmosphere through the innovative ideas that are similar Boonthins, I believe that the residents will be nothing more than wanting to be involved.

At the start maybe it will be about a handful of committed people from different neighbourhoods in the project but they will assist with an extended arm that may have great potential in to get the other. What is now the synthesis to get people involved?

When Boonthin first events outlined his dream - his thesis, there were contradictions, lack of funds, such as lack of money and manpower. These practical obstacles that were a strong opposition to the theory, could be the antithesis. The synthesis always creates development despite the antagonism between the thesis and antithesis. By that we do the dialectical thinking on some basic elements we developed. It requires a form of innovation to get the divisions that no longer behave like opposition or obstacles. The tenants speak other languages or have different cultural background need not be a problem, it should rather be seen as an asset to develop syntheses. First, however, we must throw away our prejudices surrounding this allegation as a cliché. In order to create the commitment of the residents, we have too many times focused on just the problem, that is, looked at the contradictions that exist. We speak and understand the different languages, using different cultural and traditional starting points. How did it then to Boonthin got so many people to get involved, despite the nationality of sociological and cultural backgrounds? Maybe it should have been very controversial thoughts on this tempelbygge, especially at a time when religious conflict often dominate världsproblematiken. Awareness

The home being built throughout our future, this is where we start to reflect on who we are and where we come from. Are we going to create citizens who govern in its own little corner, or should we get to the "outside the box", and become involved in their "hemprojekt"?

Participation
How can I as the owner / landlord / builder to do the participation of a standard in my building? And how can I get the participation to develop and rehabilitate my business, and expand my dream? Abstract
